Description: THE POSITIONThe Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Analyst 2 – Regional Visual Merchandiser in the Retail Merchandising office. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of regional strategies, pertaining to management of the District Visual Merchandisers, shelf management and retail merchandising for all PLCB Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores in Region 2. If you have previous management experience, visual merchandising and retail experience, and this sounds interesting, apply today!DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this role, you will be responsible for building, developing, and retaining talent in the Visual Merchandising function for an assigned region. You will provide guidance on best practices and priorities for the District Visual Merchandisers, communicate and implement strategy, collaborate with Product Management and replenishment to define promotion space, review the financial performance of sales and volume of regional stores, and conduct all in-store training of retail merchandising guidelines for designated management employees within the assigned region. This role also oversees the setup of new stores and remodels and acts as a liaison with the store operation leadership, the visual merchandising chief, and merchandising teams.Additional details regarding the duties of this position may be found in the .Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-Time Employment, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Work Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • The duties of this position require a high volume of travel with a state issued car.
  • This position is Home Headquartered and will require travel within the assigned up to 85% of the time. This position is assigned to Region 2, which includes the following areas: Tioga, Bradford, Susquehanna, Wayne, Pike, Lackawanna, Wyoming, Sullivan, Lycoming, Clinton, Union, Montour, Northumberland, Columbia, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Lehigh, Carbon, Schuylkill, Northumberland, Snyder, Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, Berks, Lancaster, York, Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, and Fulton Counties.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year as a PLCB Marketing Analyst 1; or
  • Two years of professional marketing, advertising, or merchandising experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
